Every Shake can be creative without adding many calories!  Always blend some of the water and the ice first to create a “slushy” base and easily blend the ice with the mixture. Drink with a “shake-size” straw or sip from a travel mug for ultimate enjoyment.

Peppermint Paddy Shake

1/2 tsp. of vanilla

1/2 tsp peppermint Extract

2 scoops of creamy chocolate IsaLean Shake Powder

1/2 cup of each water and ice..  (Garnish with a mint sprig and grate some IsaDelight Chocolate on top!)

Apple Spice Shake

2 scoops of Creamy Vanilla IsaLean Shake Powder

1/2 cup of both water and ice

1 whole cored and sliced-not peeled organic Granny Smith apple

Dash of cinnamon and or nutmeg….

Key Lime Pie Shake

2 scoops Creamy Vanilla IsaLean Shake Powder

1/2 cup of both water and ice

1 large graham cracker

1/2 tsp of Want More Energy? Stick in Citrus

Garnish with slice of lime….

Succulent Grilled Salmon

Healthy Salmon Recipes

1 lb of salmon fillets

1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard

1 tbsp. nonfat mayo

4 tbsp. light sesame salad dressing

½ tsp. wasabi (optional)

1.      Rinse fillets, pat dry

2.      To make sauce, mix remaining ingredients in bowl.  Fish can be grilled or broiled.

3.      Place ½ sauce on fillets.

4.      Cook 4-5 minutes and add remaining sauce

5.      Cook 5-6 minutes, depending on thickness or until fish flakes when tested.

Serves 4
